The world likes to tell us that feeding our babies is “the most natural thing in the world,” which leaves so many people afraid to ask for help when they run into issues, especially in the early postpartum days. I work intimately with my clients to not only educate about production, feeding choices, postpartum changes, and babies’ anatomy, but I also partner with you throughout the first few weeks to help guide you and ultimately help you achieve a feeding plan that is best for yourself and baby. I maintain that the best way to feed baby is the way that helps prioritize the physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing of the parents and baby. Whatever that looks like, I will be your biggest advocate and help you reach your goal. My personal journey with feeding my children, my certification as a Breastfeeding Educator, and my hundreds of hours with clients helping them establish a feeding routine has qualified me to walk alongside you in a compassionate and informed way.

-There is not one road to feeding your child; a fed baby and a confident parent is the only barometer for a successful feeding journey.
