Hello! I’m happy you’re here! If you’ve found your way here, it means you already know that partnering with a full-spectrum doula for your pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum period is an important step in having a birth experience you’ll be happy with.

Research shows that the presence of a doula during any birth (this includes surrogacy, LGBTQIA+, gender-affirming pregnancy, and adoption birth) can significantly improve the birth experience for everyone involved.

As a Certified Breastfeeding Educator and sleep coach, my postpartum support goes above and beyond, always.

I believe that every person deserves the right to have informed choices, education, and non-discriminatory advocacy for their birth and postpartum experience. When we partner together, I will prioritize your autonomy in a way that ensures you’re heard and valued every step of the way.

My full-spectrum services are inclusive and trauma-informed.

How do I partner alongside my birth clients?

When I partner together with a birthing client, my ultimate goal is advocacy and informed partnership, whether that be primarily me or a spouse/partner. I make sure that I hear my clients and honor their wishes for their birthing experience. I offer a lot of hands-on training beforehand to ensure that we're all on the same page with pain management, laboring positions, and big decisions that may arise. Getting to know how you and your support system communicate can help me best teach and assist you for the best birthing experience possible. I want you to leave our prenatal appointments feeling heard and prepared for the excitement ahead of us!

What about after baby has arrived?

Unlike standard birth doulas who only offer birth support, my full-spectrum services branch out to include support during the first three months after your delivery. During this time we partner together to help you through the beautiful, but often difficult, early days of sleep, feeding, and anything that may arise. For clients who choose to partner with me for postpartum support, I work tirelessly to ensure the education and compassionate care continues. I offer postpartum day and night support as a postpartum sleep coach, feeding support as a Certified Breastfeeding Educator, and both wisdom and science-backed sleep support that will help you feel supported and cared for during this transitional period.

What Clients Are Saying:

“My husband and I decided to work with a doula for my fourth child. From the start, Amanda was knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely professional. After interviewing 3 other doulas, we knew immediately that she was what we were looking for. Amanda focused on getting to know us so that her services could truly be tailored to us. This was so helpful for my husband and made him feel included. Our labor and delivery did not go anything like we planned, but having Amanda there every step of the way, helping us to understand and feel more at ease, made the experience positive as we navigated the many challenges. We are very satisfied with Amanda’s service and highly recommend her!”

“As we planned for our first child, we knew that having an expert and support person in labor was going to be helpful for us both. With so much unknown, we wanted to find a doula who would educate us, advocate for us, and who was compassionate and kind to guide us through the childbirth process. Amanda did all of that and more. Her presence was transformational for our birth experience. She provided me options for positions to labor in with the support of my husband and cared for my mind, body, and spirit as we prepared for and went through labor and delivery. She was with us every step of the way, encouraging us with information, options, and support. Having Amanda by our side was the best decision we made in our birthing journey and we cannot say enough about how highly we recommend working with her.”
